• Performing routine preventive maintenance on a wide array of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, cooking ranges, commercial refrigerators, freezers, chillers, boilers, and dishwashers.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnosing malfunctions and technical issues within the equipment.
• Executing repair work and replacing faulty or worn-out parts to restore equipment to optimal working condition.
• Adhering to strict health and safety standards while performing tasks, following all specified procedures and protocols.
• Interacting with clients in a professional manner, providing clear explanations regarding the nature of problems and the repair actions taken.
• Preparing detailed technical service reports on maintenance and repair work performed, documenting work hours and parts used.
• The role may require travel to various client sites across Oman.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a suitable candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• A diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven practical experience of at least 2-3 years in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, measurement instruments, and hand tools for disassembly and assembly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is a significant advantage due to the field-based nature of the work.
• Good personal communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a professional appearance.
