Qualifications and Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field from a recognized university.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in landscape architecture or in a specification engineer role within major construction projects.
• Proven experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region will be highly preferred, given the deep understanding of local standards, regulations, and climatic conditions.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing contractual documents and technical specifications.

Personal and Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and relevant 3D modeling programs (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, Lumion).
• In-depth knowledge of construction systems and materials used in exterior works and landscaping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong additional advantage.
