Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing Shipment and Receipt Operations: Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and finished products, adhering to all specifications.
• Planning and Scheduling: Developing effective shipping plans and tracking the movement of goods from origin to final destination.
• Documentation Processing: Preparing and managing key logistics documents such as Purchase Orders, Packing Lists, Shipping Invoices, and Customs Clearance documents to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Communication and Coordination: Acting as a central liaison between Sales, Warehouse, Suppliers, and Customers, providing regular updates on shipment status.
• Inventory Monitoring: Assisting in monitoring inventory levels at local warehouses and coordinating replenishments as needed to prevent stock-outs.
• Cost Control: Contributing to process improvement efforts to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service levels.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in logistics coordination, procurement, or warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle is a significant advantage.
