Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in industrial equipment maintenance or similar systems. Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or utilities environments is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Deep practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control system principles. Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team.
• Additional Requirements: Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. The applicant must hold a valid residency in the State of Kuwait and be eligible for transfer of sponsorship.
