Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related maintenance field.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel maintenance or facilities maintenance for large properties, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic carpentry and painting). Knowledge of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership abilities and effective communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations applicable to the hotel sector.
