Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Budget & Inventory: Assisting in monitoring maintenance expenditures against the allocated budget and managing the inventory of spare parts and consumables.

  • Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on facility status, completed maintenance work, existing issues, and improvement proposals.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a similar technical discipline.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the maintenance field, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in the retail, pharmacy, or healthcare center sector is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of building systems and equipment (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing), and an understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities, effective verbal and written communication skills (Arabic is essential, English is an advantage). The candidate must possess problem-solving skills under pressure, be well-organized, and able to manage priorities.
