• Working according to planned maintenance schedules and ensuring all repairs comply with stringent quality, safety, and occupational health standards in a food manufacturing environment.

• Reading and following mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Contributing to maintenance process improvements and proposing solutions to enhance performance and equipment efficiency.

• Accurately documenting maintenance and repair reports in designated logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: A diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, General Mechanics, or a related field from a recognized technical institute or community college.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience on Aseptic Packaging Lines within the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical principles and drive systems (hydraulics, pneumatics).

  • Ability to use measurement tools, hand tools, and power tools for maintenance.
