Job Description and Responsibilities

The Assets Integrity Manager will be responsible for leading and developing company-wide asset integrity strategies and frameworks. This leadership role will focus on ensuring that all industrial assets, including facilities, equipment, and systems, are managed according to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency throughout their lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing a comprehensive asset integrity strategy aligned with the company's operational and financial goals and the highest international standards.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with asset degradation (such as corrosion, fatigue, erosion) to ensure operational safety and prevent unplanned failures.
  • Program Oversight: Leading programs for periodic inspection, continuous condition monitoring, and Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessments for all critical assets.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensuring full compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements, industry standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO), and the company's internal policies.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Setting budgets for asset integrity programs and monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Guiding and developing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and integrity specialists, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Exploring and adopting modern technologies and methodologies (like predictive analytics, digitalization) to enhance the effectiveness of asset integrity programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or equivalent) from a recognized university. A Master's degree or specialized professional certifications (e.g., Certified Asset Integrity Professional) is a significant advantage.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas or heavy industry engineering, with a strong focus on asset integrity and reliability management. This must include at least 5-7 years in leadership or supervisory positions.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of asset integrity principles, corrosion management techniques, risk-based analysis (e.g., RBI), inspection programs, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate large, complex teams, manage change, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, from the executive to the operational level.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and deductive skills for solving complex problems and making data-informed decisions.
