The Business Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives for EY's diverse client portfolio. Requirements and Qualifications

• Work Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or business transformation, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar professional qualification is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of business transformation frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma), project management, and change management. Experience in sectors such as Energy, Financial Services, or the Public Sector is advantageous.
