Job Description

The Business Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives for EY's diverse client portfolio. The Manager will work closely with senior executives at client organizations to understand their challenges and strategic objectives, design comprehensive transformation solutions, and lead project teams to deliver the intended outcomes.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

  • Lead Transformation Projects: Lead and direct multidisciplinary teams in the execution of complex business transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Strategic Diagnosis: Analyze clients' current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a clear, measurable transformation vision and roadmap.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary strategic partner to the client, building trust-based relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular progress updates.

Requirements and Qualifications

EY is looking for candidates with a proven track record in management consulting or business transformation, coupled with a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian and Gulf market.

Core Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or business transformation, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar professional qualification is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of business transformation frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma), project management, and change management. Experience in sectors such as Energy, Financial Services, or the Public Sector is advantageous.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and the capacity to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both in writing and verbally.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential. Arabic language skills are a strong asset for effective communication with local clients and stakeholders.
