Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Academic Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Management Information Systems. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications in data analysis is a strong added advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance analysis, financial analysis, or data management, with proven experience in a sales and marketing environment. Experience in the aviation, travel, or tourism sector is a significant plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot and Power Query), and data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer relationship management software is essential.
