Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree may be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in sales or marketing, with a strong focus on the education sector or selling B2B (business-to-business) solutions.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role over a sales team.
  • A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the education ecosystem and the private school market in the Gulf region, particularly within the United Arab Emirates.

Personal and Professional Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and build trust.
  • The ability to work strategically and independently while maintaining a team spirit.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage for dealing with local institutions.
