Job Overview
The Manager Transformation will hold a pivotal role within the company's organizational structure, responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving sustainable growth, and solidifying EGA's position as a sector leader regionally and globally. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and operations, requiring a deep understanding of industrial business and superior leadership skills.
Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead Transformation Initiatives: Identify, design, and lead key transformational programs and projects aligned with EGA's long-term strategic vision.
- Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure stakeholder (employees, departments) buy-in and the realization of intended benefits from substantive changes.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes across various departments (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to identify improvement opportunities for enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
- Strategic Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of transformational projects from planning and budgeting to execution and monitoring, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior managers and department heads to integrate transformation initiatives into daily operational plans and ensure strategic alignment.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress of transformation initiatives and provide clear, periodic reports to senior management on outcomes and challenges.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Change Management is a significant advantage.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in leadership roles focused on strategic transformation, change management, or process improvement, preferably within a large-scale industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in business analysis tools, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma), and data visualization tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, and drive change in a complex environment.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, excellent complex problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Arabic, and the ability to work under pressure.
