Job Description

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives in collaboration with various departments within EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM. Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this leadership position, you must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in major project management, management consulting, or leading corporate transformation initiatives, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing transformation projects that delivered tangible financial or operational performance improvements.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles and process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile).
