Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will occupy a pivotal role in leading the marketing department, being responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the company's commercial presence and increase its market share. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the marketing team, providing supervision, guidance, and managing task allocation to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment from various campaigns and activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, proposing solutions and improvements.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content across all channels (digital and traditional) to ensure message and visual identity consistency.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media management, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using appropriate analytical tools, preparing periodic reports on results and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and market influencers.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in marketing, with proven experience of at least 3 years in a leadership position (Manager or Team Lead).
- Deep knowledge of strategic marketing principles and market research methodologies.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools).
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving goals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Kuwaiti and Gulf business market characteristics and culture is a significant advantage.
