Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational tasks, including:
- Sponsorship Strategy Development: Designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to secure sponsors for the sports organization, its events, and various activities.
- Partner Identification & Acquisition: Proactively researching and targeting potential local, regional, and international corporate sponsors, pitching tailored sponsorship packages that align with their marketing objectives.

- Value Proposition Innovation: Creating innovative and attractive sponsorship packages that may include benefits like logo placement, event visibility, digital media content, guest experiences, and athlete endorsements.
- Financial Target Achievement: Contributing directly to the organization's revenue goals through sponsorship income.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sports sponsorship market in the Middle East region, particularly in the UAE and Dubai.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong capability in creating compelling proposals, analyzing data, and preparing budgets and financial reports.
- Network: An established network of contacts with potential sponsor companies in sectors such as automotive, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and energy is a significant advantage.
