Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. A postgraduate qualification in health management or a related field is preferred.
• Licensing: The applicant must possess a valid medical practice license from the relevant health authorities in Bahrain or be eligible to obtain one.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical clinical experience (e.g., in hospitals, clinics). Previous experience in the health insurance sector or in medical review/precertification roles is a significant competitive advantage.
