Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Design and implement new, standardized operational policies and procedures for the middle office division.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant local and international regulations governing banking operations.

- Oversee data and transaction quality control, resolving any discrepancies or operational issues.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) will be a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in operational roles within the banking or financial sector, with a proven focus on managing or transforming middle office operations.
- Deep understanding of financial services products and markets, trading systems, risk management, and compliance.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operational transformation projects that delivered tangible results in efficiency and accuracy.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the UAE and GCC financial markets.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
