Job Description

The nanny will be responsible for the comprehensive daily care of the children within the family home. Working under the supervision of the parents, you will become an integral part of the family's daily routine. Key responsibilities include:

• Daily Care: Providing primary care for the children, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and managing sleep and rest schedules.
• Safety and Supervision: Ensuring the children's safety and providing constant supervision indoors and during outdoor activities.
• Development and Play: Organizing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to stimulate the children's mental and physical growth.
• Meals and Nutrition: Preparing healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the children as directed by the parents, ensuring a balanced diet.
• Hygiene and Order: Maintaining cleanliness in the children's play areas and bedrooms, and keeping their belongings organized.
• Routine Assistance: Assisting with simple schoolwork and potentially accompanying children to external activities as needed, per the family's arrangements.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Proven previous experience working as a Nanny or in a child care role. Experience with families in the Gulf region is preferred.
• Personality: Must be patient, affectionate, responsible, and reliable. Integrity and trustworthiness are essential.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, and the ability to work proactively under general supervision. Flexibility to adapt to the family's routine is crucial.
• Status: Female candidates who are dedicated to full-time work and currently reside in Kuwait, or are willing to relocate legally, are preferred.
• Languages: Basic knowledge of English is required for essential communication. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
