New Business Sales Specialist (Bahrain)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven New Business Sales Specialist to spearhead our growth efforts and build strategic partnerships in the thriving Bahraini market.

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of expanding Fresha's presence in Bahrain. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline, and persuading salon, spa, and fitness center owners to adopt our integrated technology solutions. You will play a key role in the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new leads within Bahrain's beauty, grooming, and wellness sectors through multiple channels.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using modern CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales demonstrations and pitches, either in-person or online, clearly articulating the tangible value of the Fresha platform.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and work diligently to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of local market competitors and customer pain points to tailor effective sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and an excellent client experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a genuine passion for sales and technology, backed by a proven track record of achieving targets.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in New Business Sales or Field Sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to manage multi-stage deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of self-discipline and internal motivation to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and techniques (e.g., CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Flexibility to travel within Bahrain for client meetings as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience selling software (SaaS) or technology products.
  • Knowledge of the beauty, grooming, and wellness industry.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
