Required Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (General Nursing or Emergency specialization) from a recognized institution.
- Professional Licensure: Must possess a valid nursing practice license from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health or be eligible to obtain one. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are a significant competitive advantage.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience in paramedic nursing, emergency care, or critical care. Experience in industrial or large corporate settings is preferred.
