Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing specialized professional care focused on enabling individuals of all ages to participate in the daily activities (occupations) that matter to them. Occupational therapy helps people who are experiencing illness, injury, disability, or psychosocial conditions that affect their functional abilities.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations of clients' physical, psychological, social, and environmental abilities to identify needs and therapeutic goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• A valid professional license to practice from the country of qualification, with the ability to obtain an equivalent license from the relevant Kuwaiti health authorities (e.g., the Kuwait Ministry of Health).

Work Experience:

• Proven practical experience in the field of occupational therapy. (Experience in clinical, school, or rehabilitation settings is preferred).
• Experience with diverse patient populations is a strong advantage.
