Job Description

The OCM Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading and managing strategic change initiatives internally and for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective change management strategies and frameworks to ensure the successful adoption of technological, organizational, and process transformations.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:

• Analyzing the impact of change on organizations and stakeholders and identifying potential risks.
• Developing comprehensive communication plans and training materials to support change initiatives.
• Leading workshops and awareness sessions to foster understanding and buy-in for change among teams and end-users.
• Working closely with project managers and business sponsors to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and measuring adoption rates and success.
• Providing coaching and support to managers and teams to lead change within their departments.
• Preparing reports and delivering presentations on the progress and outcomes of change management activities to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or Organizational Psychology. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 3 to 5 years in Organizational Change Management (OCM) consulting, preferably in a consultancy environment or on large-scale technology transformation projects.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of globally recognized change management models and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
• Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
