Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Officer - Fulfilment will perform central tasks to ensure the smooth execution of customer orders and the accuracy of back-end operations. Expected responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism and Travel, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience (typically 1-3 years) in travel operations, order fulfilment, logistics, or an operational role within a travel, tourism, or e-commerce company. Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Ability to quickly learn new company-specific software and systems.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling data and documents.
    • Organization and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Written and verbal, in both Arabic and English.
