Officer - Registrar Job in Dubai

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Officer - Registrar will undertake a range of sensitive administrative and organizational tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Records and Files Management: Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the company's official records and important files, whether physical or electronic, and ensuring they are updated regularly.
  • Processing Requests and Procedures: Receiving, reviewing, and processing registration or documentation requests from internal departments or external clients, and following up on them until completion according to defined policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Adherence: Ensuring all registration processes comply with local regulations and applicable laws in the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE, thereby reducing legal and operational risks.

  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word). Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a strong added advantage.
