Job Description

The successful candidate will play a central role in the team responsible for managing and developing the online job search platform. The core focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient job search and application process for users, while working to expand the database of listed job vacancies, particularly those relevant to the Qatari and Omani markets.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Job Content Management: Oversee the posting, updating, and categorization of job listings received from companies and employers on the platform.
  • User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Monitor and analyze user behavior on the website and app, proposing improvements to streamline the job search and application journey.
  • Focus on Target Markets: Develop and grow the job sections dedicated to the Sultanate of Oman ("123 Oman Jobs") and the Qatari market, including sourcing new employer partners.
  • Information Accuracy: Ensure all published job advertisements are valid, up-to-date, and compliant with professional standards and local labor laws.
  • Basic Technical Support: Coordinate with the technical team to resolve minor user-facing issues or report more complex system faults.
  • Data Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on platform performance, such as visitor numbers, application rates, and the popularity of different job categories.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior experience in content management, digital platform support, digital marketing, or the recruitment/HR field. Experience with job portals will be a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suites.
    • A good understanding of how websites and applications work (from both a user and administrative perspective).
    • Ability to quickly learn new Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Personal Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic (native) and English (reading and writing) is essential.

Work Location
