Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Operation Manager will be entrusted with a wide range of managerial and strategic responsibilities, including:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Management or a similar field is a strong advantage.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in an operational field, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role (Operation Manager or Head of an operational department). Experience in the Omani or GCC market will be highly regarded.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and take full responsibility for the performance of diverse teams.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for solving complex problems and making data-driven strategic decisions.
