Operation Manager in Muscat, Oman

Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Operation Manager will be entrusted with a wide range of managerial and strategic responsibilities, including:
- Leadership and Supervision: Directing and managing various operational teams to ensure the highest standards of performance and quality are met. This involves daily guidance and periodic performance evaluations.
- Process Development: Analyzing current processes and identifying improvement points to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs. The adoption of best practices and the latest management tools will be encouraged.

Qualifications and Core Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Management or a similar field is a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in an operational field, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role (Operation Manager or Head of an operational department). Experience in the Omani or GCC market will be highly regarded.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and take full responsibility for the performance of diverse teams.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for solving complex problems and making data-driven strategic decisions.
- Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with operations management applications, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools.
- Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and face challenges.
- Language: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
