Job Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managerial and leadership roles within operations, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership position (e.g., Operations Manager, Head of Operations).
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams and delivering tangible results.
• In-depth understanding of operations management principles, continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen), and supply chain management.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.

• Knowledge of the local market in the UAE and GCC countries will be preferred.
