Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this leadership role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline. A higher degree (e.g., MBA) may be an added advantage.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven operational experience, with extensive and demonstrated expertise specifically in the currency exchange, banking, or financial institutions sector within the Gulf region, preferably within the Kuwaiti market.
