Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will have full oversight of all operational aspects of the Scaffolding and Formwork division. Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Strategic Planning: Leading the operations team and developing strategic action plans to achieve company objectives regarding growth, profitability, and service quality.
• Project Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of scaffolding and formwork projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Resource Management: Effectively managing human resources, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize waste.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Implementing and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across all worksites, ensuring full compliance with local UAE regulations and codes.
• Client Relationship Management: Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing/implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing regular reports on departmental performance, including financial analysis, cost tracking, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Requirements

To qualify for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) will be a distinct advantage.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on managing Scaffolding and Formwork operations. This must include at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various scaffolding and formwork techniques, systems, their safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive diverse teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
