Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will occupy a pivotal role, connecting real-world business needs with the system's technical capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Analysis & Development: Analyzing business requirements related to Oracle EBS SCM modules (such as Purchasing, Inventory, Planning, Costing) and designing/developing appropriate technical solutions.
• Customization & Enhancement: Working on the customization of Forms, Reports, Interfaces, and Extensions to align the system with the company's unique business processes.
• Support & Maintenance: Providing functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting daily issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.
• Integration Management: Developing and maintaining Interfaces between Oracle EBS SCM and other systems within the company's ecosystem.
• Documentation & Training: Preparing technical and functional documentation, and providing training and support to users on new features or implemented changes.
• Project Participation: Contributing to system upgrade projects, implementation of new modules, or data migration initiatives.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Proven hands-on experience of at least 5 years in a techno-functional role with a focus on SCM modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (Release 12.2 or higher).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (BI Publisher), and APIs.
  • Deep understanding of the data model and underlying database tables for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Experience in performance tuning of queries and reports.
  • Knowledge of system integration principles and Web Services will be a plus.
• Functional Skills: Excellent understanding of supply chain management processes (procurement, inventory management, planning, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
