Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be appointed to a crucial role requiring direct interaction with clients and partners in the field. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Field Customer Service: Visiting repair workshops, service centers, and commercial clients directly at their locations across Abu Dhabi to provide technical support and advice regarding automotive parts.
- Order Management and Sales: Receiving parts orders from customers in the field, checking availability, and facilitating the sales and delivery process.
- Technical Support and Advisory: Providing accurate advice to customers on suitable parts for various vehicles, including specifications and compatibility, thereby building customer trust.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Practical Experience: Proven previous experience of at least 2-3 years in the automotive parts sector, either as a Parts Advisor, Field Sales Representative, or in a similar technical-commercial role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems, parts, part numbers, and the ability to use electronic and manual parts catalogs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships.
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate must possess a high customer service ethos and strong work ethics.
- Field Job Requirements: The candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license. The role will require constant mobility between different locations in Abu Dhabi.
- Educational Qualification: A diploma or similar qualification in sales, automotive studies, or business management is preferred.
