Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Monitoring: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and periodic reports for referring physicians and the care team.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
• Compliance: Adhering strictly to high standards of professional and ethical practice, safety protocols, and the healthcare regulations enforced by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), UAE.

Requirements & Qualifications
