• Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in planning and project controls within the contracting/construction industry, with at least 3-5 years in a proven leadership role (Planning Manager or Head of Planning).
• Expert proficiency in specialized project planning software, particularly Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• In-depth knowledge of various phases of engineering and construction project execution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving objectives.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with a proven problem-solving ability for complex scenarios.
