• Performing Plumbing Work: Executing installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of pipes, sanitary fittings, water-related household appliances (such as sinks, toilets, showers), and basic drainage systems at various locations.
• Driving and Field Service: Safely and responsibly driving the company vehicle (likely a van or service car) to reach assigned job sites daily, which may include residential homes, businesses, or facilities.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: Ensuring the vehicle is always stocked with essential tools, spare parts, and necessary materials (like pipes, fittings, sealants) to complete assigned tasks. Assisting with inventory checks.
• Customer Service and Interaction: Representing the company professionally to clients. Listening to their concerns, explaining the issue and proposed solution simply and clearly, and maintaining high standards of ethics and conduct.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all applicable occupational safety procedures on-site, both regarding plumbing work and road driving regulations.
• Reporting: May be required to complete simple reports on tasks performed, materials used, and the status of each job.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a suitable candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

1. Practical Experience: Proven hands-on experience in the plumbing field (building/domestic plumbing). Previous experience in a similar dual role combining plumbing and driving is a significant advantage.
