Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Factory Manager will bear full responsibility for overseeing all operations of the precast concrete manufacturing plant. This leader will be accountable for translating plans into tangible results while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. • Leadership & Management: Direct supervision of all factory departments including production, quality control, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics. Motivating and leading the workforce to achieve production targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field. A Master's degree in Industrial Management or Operations Management would be a distinct advantage.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in managing precast concrete factories or similar heavy industries (e.g., ready-mix concrete, cement products). At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in a Factory Manager or similar senior managerial role is essential.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of all stages of precast concrete manufacturing, from design and molding to curing and transportation. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and HSE protocols.
