Job Overview

The Processing Team Leader will be primarily responsible for the direct supervision of the processing team, ensuring all tasks and operations are executed with high accuracy and efficiency in line with management-defined standards and policies. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership & Supervision: Directly guide and lead the processing team on a daily basis, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met within the set timelines.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all processing activities adhere to the highest quality standards, internal policies, and applicable regulatory frameworks in the UAE.

• Training & Development: Assess the team's training needs, provide necessary coaching and support to develop team members' skills and ensure their professional growth.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced or operations management-related certifications are a plus.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor).
