Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful Product Manager will hold a pivotal role in leading the lifecycle of the company's Voice & Collaboration products and solutions. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Product Strategy & Development: Leading the strategic vision and developing the roadmap for Voice & Collaboration products (e.g., cloud phone systems, audio/video conferencing, unified collaboration platforms) in alignment with business objectives and market strategy.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the product from conception and planning, through development and launch, to maturity and retirement, ensuring business viability and quality goals are met.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research, identifying customer needs, and analyzing competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and points of differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful product execution and provide necessary support.
  • Requirements Definition: Gathering and analyzing product requirements from various stakeholders (customer, sales, market) and translating them into clear specifications for the development team.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Monitoring and analyzing post-launch product performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and utilizing these insights to drive continuous improvements and updates.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Providing technical support and training to sales teams, and contributing to the development of effective marketing materials that accurately reflect product value.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in product management, with a strong focus on cloud communication products and services, Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, and Unified Communications (UC) platforms.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies and networks, Voice over IP protocols (e.g., SIP), and cloud communication offerings (UCaaS, CPaaS).
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority, inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-Oriented: A proactive individual, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and customer satisfaction.
