Job Overview

The Production Manager will hold a pivotal role in leading and directing daily production operations within the company's industrial plant. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards, environmental regulations, and global quality protocols.
• Manage human and material resources effectively, including shift scheduling and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to improve operational integration.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, bottlenecks, and recommendations for senior management.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous process improvement practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field). A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Production or Operations Management, with proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the cables industry or related electrical/metal industries).
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing techniques, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting across all organizational levels.
