• Photo Editing & Post-Processing: Editing and retouching images using professional software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure final outputs meet the highest quality standards.
• Equipment Management: Taking responsibility for the care and maintenance of photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, backdrops), ensuring it is always ready for use and in optimal technical condition.
• Planning and Setup: Participating in the pre-planning of photoshoots, including selecting suitable locations, preparing the studio, and arranging props and lighting to achieve the desired artistic vision.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with in-house marketing and content teams to understand the requirements of various advertising campaigns and projects and execute them visually.
• Meeting Deadlines: Managing time efficiently to deliver photographed and edited projects within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a suitable candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven practical experience in professional photography.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your skills across different photography genres.
• Advanced proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Deep knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
• The ability to understand technical briefs and translate concepts into tangible images.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to deadlines, attention to detail, and work flexibility.
