- Research Supervision: Supervising student graduation projects, Master's theses, and Doctoral dissertations, guiding student researchers towards producing rigorous scientific work.

- Academic and Community Service: Participating in the activities of academic committees within the department, college, and university. Qualifications and Essential Requirements
To be eligible for this prestigious academic position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A PhD degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a closely related field from a globally recognized university.
- Academic Rank: Must hold the rank of Professor or be qualified to attain it based on a distinguished academic record.
- Research Record: Possess a strong and distinguished research portfolio, evidenced by a substantial number of publications in indexed, high-impact journals (e.g., Scopus or Web of Science). Research expertise in contemporary areas such as cybercrime, restorative justice, comparative criminal policy, or security systems analysis is preferred.
- Teaching Experience: Extensive and proven experience in university-level teaching across various programs (undergraduate and postgraduate), with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
- Supervision Experience: Proven experience in successfully supervising postgraduate students (Master's and PhD) through to the completion of their theses.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work within a team and demonstrate leadership in overseeing academic and research projects.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English, as it is the primary language of instruction. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage.
