Job Overview

The Project Director will hold the senior leadership position responsible for the complete oversight of all phases of the new hotel's construction, from initial planning to final handover. You will be accountable for ensuring the project is completed on time, within the approved budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety practiced in Saudi Arabia and internationally. You will work closely with the client, design consultants, contractors, and various stakeholders to achieve the project's vision.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership & Strategic Planning: Lead the multidisciplinary project team and provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle. Develop a comprehensive execution plan and manage the overall master schedule.
• Budget & Financial Management: Prepare and meticulously control the project's detailed budget. Monitor costs, manage cash flows, and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. A Master's degree or recognized professional certifications (e.g., PMP) is a significant advantage.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of at least 8 years in a Project Director role for hotel, luxury residential, or major tourism projects.
