Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Project Director will occupy a pivotal role within the company, bearing the following leadership responsibilities:

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management. An advanced degree (Master's) or relevant professional certifications will be a strong advantage.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in project management, with a strong focus on experience within consulting environments or the professional services sector. This experience must include leading complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Professional Certifications: Possession of a globally recognized project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is a fundamental requirement for this role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels (internal with teams, external with clients).
  • Analytical and Financial Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage in the Saudi market.
