Qualifications and Essential Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Work Experience: Proven practical experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role (Project Engineer, Site Engineer) within the shipbuilding/ship repair, maritime, or heavy industries. Prior experience in a shipyard setting is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management principles, and the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and project management tools is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional Certifications: Holding recognized professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or marine engineering fields will greatly strengthen your application.
