Job Overview

The Project Implementation Manager will be appointed as the primary person responsible for steering key projects from the final planning stage through to successful delivery. Required Qualifications and Skills

This role requires a candidate with a strong, proven background in management. Expected qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of practical experience in project management, with a strong focus on the implementation phase, including at least 3 years in a leadership position as a Project Manager or Implementation Manager.
  • Proven mastery of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Strong leadership and exceptional team management and motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of budget, resource, and risk management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
