Job Description

The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives for the holding company and its potential subsidiaries. Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced qualifications is a strong plus.
• A recognized professional certification in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Previous experience working within a holding company environment or a diversified group of companies will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is an additional advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of project management tools and frameworks (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
