Job Description

The appointed Project Manager will play a pivotal role in organizing, monitoring, and implementing projects from conception through to final delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability to changing market trends and constant innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning, scoping, and task scheduling to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Resource Management: Effectively coordinate internal teams (such as design, production, marketing, and sales) and external resources (including suppliers and partners) to ensure project objectives are met.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensure adherence to schedules, identify potential risks, and formulate mitigation plans.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards across all project deliverables, aligning with the brand vision and company strategy.
• Communication & Reporting: Act as the central liaison between all stakeholders, providing regular and clear reports on project progress, obstacles, and outcomes to senior management.
• Innovation & Development: Contribute to developing new processes and improving existing ones to enhance project management efficiency within the company.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a distinct advantage.
• A professional project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on project management experience, with a strong preference for experience in the apparel, fashion, manufacturing, or retail sector.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic will be a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• A solid understanding of the fashion market dynamics in the Middle East and Gulf region.
