Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic graduate development programs across Majid Al Futtaim. This role focuses on designing a comprehensive developmental experience aimed at accelerating participants' growth and preparing them for future leadership positions. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Leadership & Execution: Oversee all phases of the graduate development program, from strategic planning and goal-setting to effective implementation, and finally to evaluation and impact measurement.
- Design & Development: Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development teams to design the program curriculum, develop learning content, and organize workshops, training sessions, and hands-on rotations that meet the diverse business needs of the group.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and line managers, to ensure seamless integration of graduates into teams and provide necessary support.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Coordinate mentorship and coaching initiatives, pairing graduates with senior employees within the organization to guide their acclimatization and professional growth.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop systems to track participant progress, assess performance, and measure the overall effectiveness of the program using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to management.
- Program Enhancement: Analyze feedback from participants, managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve and refine the program, ensuring it aligns with global best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this leadership opportunity, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, learning & development program design, or talent management, with a specific focus on graduate programs or early-career leadership initiatives.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion, efficiently managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus), with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Strategic Understanding: Deep understanding of talent development strategies and best practices in program management.
- Organizational Skills: High level of accuracy and organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
