Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

• Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to agreed quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the project team, senior management, clients, or other internal departments, providing regular progress and milestone reports.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and control expenditures to ensure project execution stays within the approved budget.
• Delivery Assurance: Oversee all project phases from initiation to closure, ensuring final deliverables meet agreed specifications and deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a significant competitive advantage.
• Practical Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience in consulting, human resources, or organizational development is a strong plus.
