• Proven experience working within the UAE market, specifically in Dubai, with deep knowledge of local regulations and construction procedures.
• A recognized professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly essential.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English, with superior negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
