Job Description

The Projects Performance & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting project management teams by monitoring performance, analyzing data, and preparing periodic reports that aid in strategic decision-making. Working under the supervision of project managers, the analyst will be an integral part of ensuring projects are executed according to defined standards of quality, time, and cost.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data related to project progress, financial, and operational performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting templates to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) detailing project status, risks, and variances from the baseline plan.
• Support the process of tracking budget and actual expenditures against forecasts.
• Assist in organizing project documentation and ensuring the accuracy of information recorded in project management systems.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the project team to gather information and ensure its completeness.
• Contribute to the improvement of project performance and reporting processes and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

This position is specifically designed for fresh graduates looking to start their professional careers. The core qualifications required include:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or Data Science.
• Experience: No prior work experience is required; however, any internship or academic projects in data analysis or project management will be a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills:
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles (PMI) and Key Performance Indicators will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to quickly learn specialized project management software and systems.
